How to Set up an Appointment
Hey my name is Seddrick Lorick. I'm a Full time Artist in Fort Wayne, IN. Thank you for considering me as your Tattoo Artist. To help fight against the spread of COVID19, there can only be one client and no guest per session. Clients will be greeted at the door where they will be tested with a forehead thermometer. Clients are also required to wear a face Mask throughout the tattoo process. If coughing or having any cold/ flu like symptoms; i will not be tattooing you. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
1. Please describe to me the tattoo idea and placement? please send me reference photo. To give me an idea of what you'r wanting.
2. Tattoos are priced at an hourly rate 100$/Hr. With a 100$ minimum.
3. Would you like a black and grey tattoo, or color tattoo? Or a combination of both?
4. Where would you like the placement of this tattoo. (Head, Neck, Chest, Back, Arm, Leg, Feet. Other)
5. What is your preferred time? 10 a.m or 2 p.m
6. What is your best availability Mon-Friday? Saturday and Sundays are my off days an extra 100$ added to the tattoo.
7. How much artist freedom do I have on this design?
8. Before any tattoo is designed a deposit is to be made. Deposit are half of the tattoo prices. Deposites goes toward the tattoo so no extra charge to you. All tattoo deposits are final. So Please schedule accordingly.

Tattoo Aftercare instructions
You want to clean your tattoo minimum of 3 times a day with antibacterial soap. Lather in hands and apply to tattooed area, with gentle circles. After done cleaning, allow tattoo to air dry or pat dry with a clean towel. And then add a thin layer of Aquaphor to the tattoo. This could take up to 2-4 weeks. Peeling and itching may accure a couple weeks after being tattooed. Try not to peel or scratch your tattoo. Which can cause discoloration to your tattoo.
Derm Shield should be left on tattoo for about 4 days no longer than a week. Slowly remove with running water to make it easier to pull off.

I want a tattoo but I’m on a limited budget. How do you determine pricing?
If you are on a limited budget, I recommend you save up and get what you really want. I price my tattoos by the Hr.
Do you also tattoo in color?
Although I prefer black and grey with a splash of color. I do color tattoos as well.
Do you offer snacks?
Yes snacks are sold in the waiting area.
